How can I contact you? Please go to our Contact Us page to send a message and one of our Customer Services team members will respond to you.
- What if the product I have purchased is not right for me? If you have chosen an incorrect product, we are not obliged to refund or accept a return. Prior to purchasing, we suggest you read the product information carefully or feel free to send us a message with your query to help you make the right decision. If you do not want the product and it has not been opened or used in anyway, you can contact us to request a return and refund (less the original freight charge). You would be required to pay the return freight.
- What if I have been sent the wrong product? If we have sent you an incorrect product, we will accept it back if it is intact and unopened and will resend the correct item that you ordered to you.
- How long will my order take to be despatched? Your order will be despatched within 1-2 business days. NOTE: WITH THE CURRENT SITUATION OF THE COVID-19 LOCKDOWN, COURIERS HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY BUSY. PLEASE BE PATIENT AS YOUR ORDER MAY HAVE DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
- What if I want to order by the pallet lot? Please complete a Business Registration form and a CHeW representative will get in contact with you to assess your worksite and offer the best solution to suit your requirements.
- Can I order single items? For some items, yes you can order individual units. For some items you will benefit from the bulk buying per carton or pallet lots.
- Will you deliver outside of New Zealand? When you place your order online, it will calculate out the shipping rate for delivery to New Zealand addresses only. If you live outside of New Zealand and wish to place an order, please contact us directly as we will need to calculate out a shipping rate for it to be shipped by International Couriers to your overseas address. This may not always work out economical for you for smaller purchases.
